Should you wish to collect your order, collection can be arranged from our Home & Garden Outlet Store on Clenchwarton Rd, West Lynn, King`s Lynn PE34 3LL. It will take 1-8 working days for us to prepare orders for collection. We will keep you updated with estimated dates of collection.


  • England, Scotland, Wales: FREE delivery on orders over £1000.
  • For Highlands and Scottish Isles, please contact us for a quote 
  • Republic of Ireland: Unfortunately, we are not delivering to Republic of Ireland at this moment.
  • Northern Ireland: ONLY spare parts could be delivered to Northern Ireland at this moment.

Delivery takes 2-8 working days after your order is placed.

Small and Medium parcels:

For small and medium parcels we are using DPD and FedEx delivery companies. You will be able to track your parcel by reference number you will receive via text message on a mobile phone or/and an email address provided by you.

A carrier will attempt delivery twice and leave a calling card if no one is home for the delivery. You can contact them directly using the details on the calling card. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

​Large and Extra Large items:

If your address is local to our retail outlet store, orders will be delivered by 1-man delivery service.

We will call you to schedule delivery date and time.
(2-man delivery service is coming soon)
If your address isn`t local to our retail outlet store, we will use Lynn Star Distribution and Logistics delivery company.

After your order will be collected from us a courier will call you to schedule delivery date and time.

Orders will be delivered kerbside and will come wrapped on a pallet due to their weight and size. 

If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time) a re-delivery charge will be levied.


We can only accept returns on products purchased through this website or within the physical Home and Garden Outlet store in King's Lynn.

you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods that you wish to cancel and return your item(s).

You then have another 14 days to return the goods to our distribution centre, located at RETURNS - Leisuregrow Products Ltd - Distribution Centre. Clenchwarton Rd, King's Lynn PE34 3LL.


The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. 

To initiate a return, please submit a return request by clicking on the profile icon in the store's navigation.

Log in to your account:

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return

If your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation from our platform. After the product is returned.

Please ensure your return has a copy of your order (printed) to ensure we can identify your purchase on arrival.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the item being returned requires a pallet, then please contact who will arrange collection on the customer's behalf and deduct the cost of the collection from the refund.
